And there are some deaths that are not counted as winter storm deaths because the people didn't freeze. See my next post for an example of that.

There needs to be an immediate investigation to see how many Texas communities ended up without power because ERCOT followed the stupid instructions given to it by the Dept. of Energy after requests to increase power output were mostly denied.

If it turns out the system could have turned it's output out more, but they deliberately shut it down when they reached the limits proscribed by the DoE, I am gonna FREAK THE F**K OUT. @drawandstrike Presumably including the veteran who reportedly died after his home oxygen generator lost power and he was forced to use an oxygen tank he kept in his truck. Not sure whether he died from the tank running out or exposure due to the cold temperatures.

My middle daughters ceiling fell in and apartment flooded, like 5 inches, ruining nearly everything she owns. Its infuriating.
