       @bortzmeyer the article says "has moved its headquarters from California to Zürich" which IMO is not quite the same thing as "hosted in Europe", particularly since they are "operational in more than 150 locations in 90 countries".But I know what you mean. ;)

       @jpmens Well, the physical location of servers matters for things like RTT but for legal things, I think the place of incorporation matters more.
