@whernandez I’ve noticed that a lot lately at a GI Clinic where I work. I’ve started referring to them as “security blankets” every chance I get. Most people agree with me that it’s exactly what the mask is. Just a stupid, useless security blanket for the masses.

@whernandez I lived in fear 7th thru 9th grades. Even my sophomore year. Of course that was in the late 60s when we had riots in the high schools.

@JoAnn_G I hate that girls can be so nasty. Boys can punch each other one day, then be friends again the next. In my junior year of HS, I got fed up with the female backbiting, so I hung around a group of four boys. They made fun of me to my face. I appreciated that.

@whernandez Yeah, I had mostly boy friends. Girls were always dramatic and mean. Always fighting over boys. In our high school girls would fight outside during PE. They’d stab each other with sharpened #2 pencil. It was horrible.You’re right about boys. They’d have a big brawl in the cafeteria and the next day they all sat at the same table. The girls would still be looking for revenge. Crazy!!!

@carolinacally @whernandez I talked to my niece on the phone last week I said something about the WuFlu. She sounded irritated and said, "you mean the virus". I rolled my eyes, but we were on the phone so it was wasted effort. She wears a mask, GOGGLES, and gloves when she goes to the store. Yep.
