It's based on your jacket size. I sleep on a memory foam mattress and I think the size chart is off for that application. Since I sink into the mattress the pillow needs to be a size smaller. They exchanged with no questions.

@Elaines2cents that’s not very Christian of you. Obviously selling pillows has nothing to do with it. He is a patriot that sees an injustice and he is using his wealth to try and expose it to people because the media won’t.
