@liberlion Bitcoin isn't infallible. It relies on the consensus of humans, not “cold hard code”. (See the Bitcoin Cash debacle.)And Bitcoin isn't predictable; if it were, the whole Proof of Work system would fall down.Bitcoin is not “for everyone”; it's for people who have ASICs and cheap electricity. Speculators have all but destroyed its value as a currency, and the PoW mining turns greed into environmental harm. This is propaganda, plain and simple.

@liberlion Will show what? Your claims are objectively false. Even if Bitcoin becomes the world currency, that won't make them true.

@liberlion The cells of living humans respire. By that “some property is constant” standard of “predictable”, humans are just as predictable.By what metric are humans unpredictable but Bitcoin predictable?

@liberlion Then you'll know that the Bitcoin core algorithm is *not* predictable, and Bitcoin would cease to meaningfully exist if anybody works out how to predict it.

@wizzwizz4 don't worry about me! I won't try to convince you. Nobody who doesn't want understand, will understand. Good luck.

@wizzwizz4 @liberlion Well, plenty of things about bitcoin (protocol) are predictable. What are you saying is problematic, the fact that you can't easily guess the next block's hash?

@wizzwizz4 @liberlion to say that bitcoin relies on human consensus is a bit of hyperbole. The Bitcoin Cash fork showed that bitcoin would continue to run even if some people wanted to fork and support a different consensus.Bitcoin can be used by everyone. You don't need an asic to use it. Also hyperbole.
