@orekix Honestly the biggest problem with KDE (and to some extent the Linux desktop ecosystem more generally) is that just as it settles into a groove and actually produces semi-decent products, Qt version update or whatever cucks them and they have to start nearly from zero again.t. one-time KDE3 user who got burned *hard* in the KDE4 transition

Also listen dude, I've been using Unix systems on and off for 17 years, don't think I can't set up a desktop environment or window manager if it calls for it. (and tbh, my preferences are pretty firmly in the "minimal" camp in the sense of things like windowmaker and cwm anyway)
