As one recent government document describes them, they are designed “to implement extraordinary presidential authority in response to extraordinary situations.”I’d say we were and still are in an extraordinary situation!

We know that election fraud on the scale we saw was a national-security issue.And we know that foreign governments were involved.Trump ALREADY HAD the authority to order a clandestine military operation to defeat the fraud.But PEADs gave him the authority to do things we'll never know.Now, I figured out how Trump could've defeated the fraud by working with Congress alone.Throw in PEADs, and I'll say with 100 percent certainty that he DID defeat the fraud.

@ThomasWic No one expected Trump to understand his Presidential Constitutional right and they did not expect him to know all the Acts and laws in place. They underestimated severely his knowledge of his Presidential Rights and use of military across the board. @jedi757

Leaving this constitutional paradox: On January 20th, Trump's term ended and the presumed perps acquired authority over his prior PEADs and current efforts to address their own legitimacy. If Trump 'defeated the election' beforehand, as @ThomasWic suggests and we all hope, in whom does constitutional authority to act now reside?
