If she'd gotten through that window she was climbing through, there would have been no protection for the Congressmembers and their staff people from a murderous mob. She had on a backpack and could have had a bomb or other weapons in it. That cop can use a defense of necessity. He was under mortal threat to his life, and he was also protecting others from mortal threats to their lives by the mob. No sympathy under the law for that violent invasion.

The first pic (top left) you see the gun being fired. The second pic (top right) you can see the woman’s legs standing in the broken window. The third pic (bottom) you can see her red backpack as she beginfalling back. She’s across the hallway at a slight angle from the shooter. It looks to me that he’s aiming/shooting directly at her.

@karnage Anyone busting my window & proceeding to climb through it, I'll have to assume is armed and I will definitely act accordingly.What would you do?
