@asakura it's a cultural phenomenon from the last few years. If anyone gets mad at you for not using them explain to them that you don't speak English very well.

@rat_attakk Couple of days ago some lgbts called me homophobic and racist (what). Because I post a question about what to add to mute list to not to see dirty stories about gays, trans and furries. I was a bit freaked out by being labeled a chauvinist for not being interested in gays. So now there’s not much that would surprise me.

@asakura coming from a culture that doesn't have gendered pronouns this all seems strange. Meanwhile I don't want to make anybody feel bad just because I don't understand why they feel like they do.
