Imagine if after taking the Bulls to 9 championship series, Chicago told Michael Jordan "You're too old now, we're moving on from you" and cut him before the season started. He goes and joins a team that hadn't had any playoff success in years, like the Suns or the Pistons, and takes them to the NBA Finals in his first year there. That's what this is like.

@drawandstrike Brady is one of the all-time great QBs. Why do we never hear about the 8 years (2007-2013) in which he flagrantly cheated by using under-inflated footballs? (Maybe it is discussed - I pay very little attention to the NFL.) This not only helped him in passing but also drastically reduced fumbles by Patriot RBs. This cheating should make it impossible for him to be regarded as the GOAT.

@drawandstrike More than anyone else. It's a Super Bowl just stepping on the field he will set at least two new records. One for most Super Bowls in the other for first Super Bowl on your home field.And I'm not positive but he may be the first quarterback to take a team to the Superbowl in two different divisions.

@drawandstrike It would be a good storyline if Brady was actually playing well against great teams. He's been mediocre against a weaker conference, and it's not like Rodgers and Brees are exactly young.
