@tk @dude I would fully expect denizens of a backwater developing country thrown hard into the greater world market to be more disoriented and clueless about "high technology". but the joke is that many of them have a much better idea of how it works than a typical person on street of a "highly developed" / "first world" country. it's almost like the more highly developed the society the more atrophied the brain and spirit of the parts that compose it.

They could triangulate the position pretty well based on data from a period of time and a number of towers but I think the error margin would still be enough to prevent exact pinpointing.Unless they're also using sumaho gps spying data too.
