@Tatonka Electing Governors who make the policies along with Legislatures.We already have the Legislatures and made substantial gains.All of the swing state Governors are up for re-election. All of them are vulnerable. Wolf in PA is term limited.The last two months were a period of hysteria, rage and frenzy on the left and desperate pleas from conservatives.Above all, it was a period of incredible pressure and time constraints, with threats and hatred from the left.

@Tatonka The coming two years will see the lawsuits played out in a very different environment.Most of the VBM fraud 'extensions' were the result of COVID related claims. These were accepted by judges, including the SC. It will be much harder to make those claims now.

@Tatonka PA is one example.The PA legislature pushed back against Wolf's corruption and sued to have the three day counting extension rescinded.Roberts said no because of COVID. That is one case where I believe he was definitely wrong.Barrett said she wasn't prepared enough to take the case with time constraints. Seems questionable - but that is what happened.That will be a different situation in the coming two years with another lawsuit
