       @nvk Quebec has curfews. Surely the hospitals must be swamped. Like no elective surgeries, all hands on deck kinda situation? Cause we aren’t even wearing face masks much less being under curfew & our hospital isn’t fully shutdown. Our hospital 30 day rolling average positive rate is almost 1 in 3. We are seeing decrease in cases after spiking to 150 new cases per day per 100,000…which is pretty high. Enough for us to operate above last years capacity, but not enough to shut it all down…
