       I wonder why “blacks” would not get/trust a vaccine or the government? One word: Tuskegee.What about Natives? American History, anyone?Hispanic have been treated as cheap labor, after the “elite” couldn’t get enough blacks to do the work. A side note, they probably would have used the Natives too, if they didn’t kill them all off.
