I have not had acccess to fiat income for many years. Been trying to solve the problem of where to live and how to pay for things while only holding #Bitcoin constantly. I'm finding ways for everything but not for buying land or real estate. Assuming that this will be the situation for more and more Bitcoiners soon, we should think harder about solving the physcial spaces issue, or shouldn't we? After a few months of vanlilfe I realized that fixed sanitary installations are quite nice.

@goodc0re Nice! I've been living unbanked off crypto since 2016. If you want to buy real estate, try CryptoEmporium.eu, or come to New Hampshire and look up Porcupine Real Estate.

@thedesertlynx Mainly focused on Europe due to family reasons. Some can't just leave the old ones behind who are not going anywhere.

@thedesertlynx cryptoemporium is nice but the choice is way to limited. It's not about buying some random property in a random country just because that's what is on offer. Also the problem in addition to limited offers is the legal problem. Where I am I could not do a real estate transaction and pay the seller in Bitcoin without triggering a ML investigation according to my lawyer.

@goodc0re It's incredibly rare, but I've heard of people selling houses for BTC. Perhaps contact some real estate brokers, there's those that try to setup deals for buyers. They might be able to find you a seller that's interested.
