Wow ... so I Had my bestie over tonight .. 35 year friendship . She lost her mind over TRUMP. Called him a monster -Narcissist- blamed him for everything - said he is at fault for the “seige” . I asked her where this outrage was for the last four years as trump supporters have been attacked on the streets- murdered - and cities burnt down . Where was her outrage when the pussy hat brigade did something similar or the riots after he was elected or the past year of burning down cities .

This is someone who normally be Never said too much -that I knew was already influenced by the media but claims she never is. It got ugly hut agreed to not talk about it as we will never agree . The damage these idiots did is astronomical. She actually is glad they kicked him off Twitter . Holy shit what world am I living in??? Once a week she came and cried in my office about how unfair her family was. she said she never voted and didn't get involved in politics. The after the covid and all therapy was over the telephone. One day she started calling trump a racist. I asked for her to explain her definition of a racist. then when I asked her how can you reach this conclusion without even knowing the man. cont.

@QuillClemens oh it is not the first .My point is - though i know is heavily influenced by her family. Her argument for she “knows” that the election was legitimate was her dad was a poll worker and told her how they all had checks in balances and that she believes the majority of Americans would never do it. She said sure ..there was a few instances. I asked her why do you refuse to search out the actual evidence or ever entertain that maybe you could be wrong? Why not watch the GA hearings ?

@Umbras_TS but she is a non political person for the most part but due to how they portray him is why she hates him. She is not on social media so never sees anything alternative. I asked her for examples and she is full of anger . She literally blames him for pretty much all the destruction of the riots too !!! Wtf!! The only thing he did was get elected ! @inverness01 I shared a similar story earlier today: My sister was too young when we fled our socialist/communist country, so she doesn’t remember or know what it is like to live under that system. It didn’t matter to her our family’s stories/testimonials/first hand accounts of what living under socialism is like. She cut all ties to me because she couldn’t understand how I could support a racist. She’s a lost cause.

She kept quiet who she voted for because she knows the hatred I have for the left but I knew she was voting Biden . There is a lot I could have done better . @inverness01 I don't know what else to say other than your story is shared by many of us. I have lost at least 4 what I consider to be very close friends this year for very similar issues. I have never looked back. I have authority over my own life and do not feel compelled to share another's pain. They create their own destiny and allow "victimization" to manifest because someone told them so. At my age, that is simply something I cant allow to be a part of my life - no time for it.
