@Debradelai @ThomasWic I’m meeting my Spanish conversation teacher today, a former Chavista, who grew up in Venezuela, but moved to Spain in 2000 because he got what he voted for. He is a reformed leftist. What questions should I ask him to learn more about his experience? Also, should I ask him what he thinks portends for the USA? Gracias.

@ThomasWic @Debradelai I know. I just want to ask good questions about what he learned from his experience growing up there & the mindset of a leftist. By the way, he says Spain, where he currently lives, is going in a very bad direction.

@Debradelai @saramangas @whernandez @ThomasWic So sad to think that the only way to learn anything these days seems to be the hard way, yet we have a world of experience and results in front of us... I pray all eyes and ears are open here in America, this is a time for pause and lesson in not to give up but to get in on the ground floor and reach for the top, not stop until we get there...to get involved is how we'll solve this, staying diligent should be a lesson we have learned for sure...🇺🇸

@Debradelai @saramangas @ThomasWic Ernesto, my Spanish conversation teacher, and I spoke a bit about his life in Caracas when life was good there. We talked about his favorite dishes: pabellon criollo, hallaca, and pan de jamon. Next week, he said he would explain how Venezuela went from one of the richest countries to a commie hell hole. I can't wait!

@saramangas @Debradelai @whernandez @ThomasWic Love, I was wondering how you arrived at my being sad, I just realized that the comments I made were in regards to how the US couldn't see the consequences of Spain or Europe in general and realize that the direction/consequences we are facing is that of those over there... sorry if there was some confusion about the comparison... yesterday's experience made me angry, I was with my dear Bella (21) she was shocked then mad by what she saw and heard.
