@Debradelai @hnijohnmiller @DuaneCates That report is using the unconstitutional Electoral Count Act, and who knows what traitors were on the panel that wrote that report. That Act claims State executives have a say in the outcome of elections, but that is not what the Constitution says, and the Constitution does not give power to Congress to make those decisions.

What a delicious spectacle it would be to see Pelosi and her minions dragged into the streets in handcuffs before a cheering crowd of millions of patriots. Now that would be a circus!😜

Congress is not given power by our USA Constitution to choose the various States' Executive Branch's electors, only to count the electors of the State Legislatures.Someone can get out a bunch of paper and write a bunch of stuff and say "and so therefore I find it to be law" without being correct about any of it. That is that.

@AmareVita @Debradelai @hnijohnmiller @DuaneCates It's long past time for us to stop believing what interpretations are foisted upon us by others, and get out the USA Constitution and read it for ourselves. It's written in plain English. Today the relevant sections are Article II Section 1, 12th Amendment, and 20th Amendment (and the 23rd, which only applies to Washington, DC voting, not to any of the other States.)
