@REX There is the political angle too. After all, these are politicians. Someone needs to follow Trump in 4 years. And now is the time to get on board. Perhaps that is motivating Cruz. I don't see Little Marco among the list of 12. Or Rand Paul, or Lindsey Graham. Cruz is taking the opportunity to distinguish himself here. It's also a last ditch effort for the GOP. @WeThePeople @REX Exactly. But it wasn't just Lin Wood. I think that the primary mission of Rudy Guiliani and Sidney Powell was to move the Overton window on the topic of vote fraud. Prior to the election, people would say that vote fraud was extremely rare, and at the far edge of the window, that "They can only steal it if it's close." It was through their work that they moved the Overton Window to make "They can steal a landslide" well in the realm of believable possibility. They succeeded.

@Wow @Affy1 @REX But Pelosi may not want to resign her seat for the few hours it should take for House delegations to get their votes in. I would think that contingent election could happen rather quickly. After Speaker is Pres Pro Tem of the Senate and then SOS Pompeo.

@WeThePeople @REX Wood, Powell and Guilani were NEVER going to convince a court to accept their charges. No judge would ever volunteer to let them detonate a political nuclear weapon in their courtroom. Presenting Guilani as Trump's lawyer was misdirection. His job was to convince the public, not to convince judges. Trump's enemies never quite understood this and this allowed Guiliani to successfully carry out his mission.

@REX Reminded me of when Jesus used the parable (Mark3:25) of a divided kingdom & divided house to show that if He is using Satan's power to cast out demons, Satan's kingdom won't last. Satan would gain no strategic value by allowing Jesus to use Satans authority to attack his own work. Same applies to Cruz.
