@Lonestar I don’t disagree with you - however I would not know, from personal evaluation, as this screenshot I uploaded here is actually a Emergency Alert / Amber Alert displayed directly via IOS and disseminated from Local Authorities directly to my cellular carrier ( T-Mobile )
