       @Zed_Leppelin If (when) Trump wins, I believe that will be ameliorated.The Republic cannot afford 55 guaranteed Communist votes, when there's a serious chance that Cali has never been as blue as people believed.  It's just been assumed.  And the Republic cannot afford doing the horse trade of adding States by breaking CA up.The nation has been hamstringed by the weight of those CA electorals since Reagan.  Few buy their ideas so the Dems exist solely through dishonest manipulation. 2016v2020
