1. Remember : on Jan 6, VPOTUS Pence does NOT have the power to decide who won or lost a State Presidential election.However, Pence will have the power to accept electoral votes. If Pence decides that (say) Georgia's election was unconstitutional/illegal, he can decide not to accept any electoral votes from GA.Ditto, any other State.And his decision cannot be appealed.
