I made some mistakes which resulted in not having any bootable system on my computer. To make the matters worse, I haven't had a bootable usb.This is when EtchDroid on f-droid came to my help. It is Etcher for Android without root. I was able to plug my phone and USB stick on an OTG adapter, then create a bootable Solus Plasma USB drive and fix my computer.I recommend keeping an ISO on your phone for such just in case situations.

@murtezayesilNext step would be to have a bootable partition on you phone with an install iso you can boot a computer with like a usb.

@rumblestiltskin @murtezayesil the DriveDroid Android app allows downloading and mounting distro ISO images on your phone such that you can boot your computer using the phone connected to it via USB as a live media. But it requires having root access on the phone. So ymmv.

I used DriveDroid in the past to install Pop_OS! :popos: but when I needed it recently I couldn't remember the name :|Fortunately I came across EtchDroid on f-droid which was a life saver.I also found "USB Mountr" on f-droid which is simpler DriveDroid alternative. In fact it doesn't even show its icon in app drawer, I need to go to Settings > Apps > USB Mountr to launch the app ;P@rumblestiltskin @artfulsodger
