       @thor According to some mag at the doctors office (4th party validation, YMMV) a nap over one hour tends to make you more tired if you get a normal nights sleep anyway.

       @AskChip if i nap for odd number of hours i get groggy. an even number is okay. four hours leaves me rested for the next eight.
