2. This includes appointing a Special Counsel to investigate on an expedited basis, what the hell went on in this past election.Shouldn't take very long. @REX Yeah, the only other possible explanation for what we've seen in the last five weeks is that people that we have judged to be serious -- Trump, Flynn, Pompeo, etc. are all bluffing, blowing smoke.I don't see any real possibility of that at all. Even looking at it cynically -- would e.g. Mike Pompeo put his future career as a US Senator or even VP or President at stake to bluff like that? It would go back to haunt him.So, I simply don't see it. They are holding on to serious stuff.

@REX someone pointed out that Trump the Law and Order guy is using all the legal paths open to him and any other candidate to prove not only the corruption but that he exhausted every avenue open to him before he used his presidential powers and duty to save the election. He could have done that at the beginning but didn’t. This was showing all the flaws that need to be fixed also.

@REX None of this was ever intended to end in court, at least, not at this stage and not in the SCt. If the SCt had intervened, a lot would’ve been short circuited. The SCt, by ruling as it did, whether or not we liked it, positioned itself well for what’s coming next. The 5 of the 5-4 played their hand well. What comes next cleans the courts and the system.
