       Just watched a documentary on Netflix called the Social Dilemma.  A bunch of big tech insiders and founders expressing dismay over what they've built and how it's being used.  Wah wah wah.  However, the one thing that caught my attention was when many of them expressed that their children are not allowed to have social media profiles.  Kind of like how celebrities don't let their children watch movies and television.  There is a lesson in there.
