       I believe it is time for the President to use the Executive Order he signed two years ago. It wouldn't surprise me he was planning this all along. If I read this EO correctly, the first key date is Friday, 18 December. That's when the first report is due.Remember, the primary issue has been getting the evidence in front of all the people. Once the evidence is presented, I believe it will open up other doors that we don't see yet.
