This SCOTUS decision was the most cowardly and weak abdication of their responsibility EVER.This was a strong case on the merits. It went to direct Constitutional issues. It was joined by multiple States. For SCOTUS to duck their responsibility using a quisling 'standing' ruling is PATHETIC.Also stupid as hell, given that Biden & his goons wants to kneecap SCOTUS.So what now? It's up to TRUMP.This is his Rubicon moment.

Trump cannot rely on the State legislatures. They're mostly GOPe cowards who will sell out #MAGA without blinking an eye.So he must ACT. And FAST, too.The American Republic is on the line. And that is not hyperbole. With respect, Mr Trump, no more tweets. They won't help now.ACTION IS REQUIRED.I'm sure Trump knows all this. Obviously he has a plan for this situation.LET'S ROLL.#MAGA

@REX Go, baby go. 🇺🇲We have the most powerful man on the planet (and the most loved). Trump! Our intelligence agencies even with corruption is the best in the world. Everyone knows the savage liberals cheated. He knew they cheated for 4 years since 2016 and overwhelmingly in midterms. Time for Trump to prove it without a doubt. He is a winner. All his top officials believe he had this reelection BEFORE TX was filed.

@REX Regardless of what happens, MAGA supporters need to get a cold as ice resolve today fuck all Democrats and eGOP where-ever they are. For me, my State Is one party rule so I will vote for the most extreme liberal in the primary. These liberals in my state will get the government they deserve. I will work to burn it all down, while supporting MAGA business owners. Any liberal business will never get my $$.

@REX I think most GOP Legislators in the States are Patriots but there is that 25% who are cowards or Rinos who probably will desert and join the Dems. Three courses of action left I believe, the Legislatures who probably cannot be counted on, Martial Law IF the military leadership has the President's back and actually believe in their Oath to the Constitution and the Republic, third option Civil War.

@REX Exactly. Ceasar HAD to cross the Rubicon. Not doing so would be suicide personally and rob Rome of her greatest citizen. And when he did Pompey fled. What's Trump's version of the Rubicon?Dropping information bombs?Inciting swelling crowds?Lobbying state legislators, and putting the military on standby? Is that what you envision?

@REX I generally agree with you but in this instance, not quite so much. Alito, Thomas, and Barrett, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh know the stakes. Do you think that any of them would toss in the towel out of weakness/cowardice? Impeachment awaits Barrett and Kavanaugh if Biden is POTUS. Yet, they still held as they did. That takes courage. I contend that TX was a red laser dot and they refused to play because something bigger is afoot.

@LiveFree Interesting. What if, there were a list of small businesses that were liberal or conservative. Then we could see where the chips fall. Although I do like the idea of such a “list”, I can see the criminal left targeting those businesses and families and destroying them hence, this is not the answer either. I’m still stinking thinking...@REX

@nanakwame23 @REX (1) I'm not really surprised by the decision and I don't think the President is either. I don't think the Texas suit was something he was hanging his hat on. That's simply not Trump. I think, given the fact that they had years to prepare for the fraud, there is a plan in place that doesn't rely on unreliable factors such as the courts.

@nanakwame23 @REX (2) It did serve a purpose in showing the massive opposition to the way the election was conducted in the swing states. That's not insignificant. It goes to the "main effort" part of the plan as outlined in the Dyer article. But again, Trump couldn't have and wouldn't have solely relied on the unreliable to secure a rightful win. That's not who he is and how he operates.

@me8644 I am having a real hard time understanding Gorsuch (whom I think is the strongest), Kavanaugh (whom I think is weak - can’t respect a man who is on the verge of tears unless it’s crying over the death of a parent or wife or child), and ACB (whom I believe has solid conservative values) not seeing this as a constitutional crisis. I am holding out for expert analysis. Could it have something to do with individual states bringing forth cases to the SCOTUS to maintain stateSovereignty @REX

@REX @WisconsinRebel Could it be that the evidence presented to SCOTUS made it clear that this is an issue of national security, rather than judicial? Then it might be not for SCOTUS but for some security apparatus to deal with, which would explain why it got rejected. It would also be a rather Trumpy way of doing things.Does that make sense? It's just a wild guess, and I really have no idea how these things really work... @Debradelai

@REX The SCOTUS decision was also, inadvertently or not, one which allows it to remain above the fray and not open to accusations of bias in the events that are likely to unfold.
