The Democratic Crime Syndicate, much like the Mob, has good legal scrappers on the books.They can think of dodgy legal schemes that they know will work in crooked lower courts.BUT they don't have that much intellectual firepower at SCOTUS level. @REX @LibertyTreeDr This is just my observation, but these Republican legislators seem to be "don't rock the boat"/"go with the flow" types.In the sense that they are unlikely to do anything radical, like unilaterally throw out the state's vote OR defy The Supremes.If the Supremes throw out the electors, they'll have a fig leaf to do the right thing.

He vowed he will not leaving SCOTUS until the last Senator is gone that was against him in his "high tech lynching" confirmation hearings. That would be Sen Leahy. He may be retiring in 2022 or he may run again. He is the last one at the Senate.
