@REX I don’t know if Trump relied on the court cases, being that he certainly was aware of the number of never-Trump judges, to win the election. I think that the court cases are meant to inform the public and make more people aware of the fraud. I still think that it is quite telling that in his 45 minute speech, he NEVER talks about electronic fraud, foreign intervention, Dominion, etc. I believe that the military intelligence that he used to sweep up the electronic corruption is his ace.

4. Now, there is always a possibility that SCOTUS chooses not to defend the Constitution.Trump will then have the option of conceding or declaring martial law, IMO. He won't concede, that's for sure.And he won't declare martial law unless forced to.I doubt he will need to.So let's assume that SCOTUS delivers a killer blow in coming days.The winds will then be at Trump's back.There is very little the criminals can do, at that point.

In the last, their main reservoir of power was their ability to LIE and INTIMIDATE the population into submission.That is now GONE.Their main problem is that the majority of the population is AWAKE. @REX For the elections Trump's goal is to put an end to election fraud permanently.That's going to take mass arrests with these people tied up in court for years & facing serious jail time. There has to be no question that if you participate in the fraud in the future you will be caught & punished.Otherwise they will continue to treat it like a game of politics.The 2020 fraud demonstrated how many people at all levels of the election process volunteered to chose criminal activity.

Everything that Trump criticizes in the video still applies. Much of it is worse.I do not think a SCOTUS decision will be the solution. @REX I get a lot out of your posts - thank you for your reasoned thoughts. As far as "minimal damage to the Republic" goes, I'm in the camp that if we are going to be a "nation of laws", a nation where "laws apply equally to all", then every last perpetrator ,from the DNC to the politicians involved of both parties, all the way down to the woman that ran ballots through the machine three ties- need to be indicted, tried and punished accordingly. Or there is ZERO incentive to not do it again.

I think the top money people will have all their assets removed. I think massive voter reform will be passed with vote in person on paper ballots being the norm. Dominion/Smartmatic will not be allowed to work in the US again, and anyone who took KICKBACKS will be prosecuted.
