I really hate the way websites now like to show you "similar items" or "you may also be interested in" or "other people searched for" things BEFORE they show you the thing you actually wanted to see. Or in the middle of it.Someone needs to explain to people that this does not Drive Engagementâ„¢. It actively discourages people from engaging.

Like, maybe number of clicks is not a good way to measure your pages' effectiveness. Just a thought.

@InvaderXan I'm afraid it all comes down to income/revenues/profit being the measurement of... success/effectiveness/usefulness??? I guess?

@bixardune @InvaderXan Profit is the measure of profit. Everything else is not a relevant metric for the people who make decisions on for-profit websites.
