@katie I selected bio-metric chips... but honestly I'm not 100% opposed. However, the implementation would have to be open, ethical, and put the full control of privacy on the individual with no exception.I think the technology could create positives on par with vaccines, however it has to be done properly and with no capitalist/commercial interests involved... which I realize is nigh impossible :\

@katie Where is the "killing all small businesses and doubling poverty rates while handing out trillions to the wealthiest elites" option? That's where I drew the line.

@self @katie WORSE THAN CATTLE. it'd be cool if the chip was nonpermanent though. i'd draw the line at vaccines, but i wouldn't allow people to deny their children from them

@self @katie It is impossible for government mandated biochips to be open or ethical.

@galena @katie I won’t take a mandatory vaccine. But really, where exactly do we have a choice to draw a line at all? What are we supposed to do? No mask, no groceries. We’ll I live in a city and I need to eat so mask it is.The vaccine? No, I’ll make a fake pass maybe. But what options are they leaving me? You can’t do half measures with the police, like any gang, you go against one you go against all. Any refusal to cooperate is met with force, leaving you the choice of submission or 100% total war with the entire state - kill or be killed. The gov’t has always been bullshit, but they are really set to put our backs against the wall. Even like this, how likely are any of us to pull the trigger on a cop, and then every cop we see from then on as a matter of survival? No, we’ll either get by with fake passes and hope it ends there, or just end up submitting and hope we are wrong about all this.

@galena That's a good point.I suspect the plandemic won't "end" until there's nothing but a hand-full of mega-corporations, all with monopolies in their market segments. It really is mind-boggling how all the big corporations are getting what is, in practice, government-sanctioned monopolies right now.

@katie @galena the fusion of state and corporate power is also kind of a big theme in fascism, as i understandshould probably be giving people pause but :blobshrug2:

@shebang @galena @katie Being an employee is a different story. If I'm agreeing to wear a chicken costume and swing a sign for payment, I'll do it. I will starve or be slaughtered long before I take that shit home with me in a free country.Move to Pella IA. We have curbside delivery, and Hyvee and Fareway and a few other places won't do anything about it even if you shop in the store. There's bound to be a small business some miles away just jaded enough about lockdown revenue losses to not enforce their own posted rules. And everytime you test a store, fill your shopping cart with as much frozen stuff as you're willing to buy and shop slowly enough that if they ask you to leave they have to throw it all away. It's legal to waste food this way (and in the case of Walmart they can't even ask you to stop doing it if you're not even breaking any other rules.)
