I'm not sure how to articulate what I want to achieve, but here is an attempt:I want #Vim full screen. I want to have the cursor near the middle of the screen (vertically) even when I am adding to the end of the file. Otherwise, I find that I am always looking at the bottom of the screen.`set scrolloff=x` for some big x isn't what I need, because it only works if I am not working with the end of the file.

@twsh I don't think that's possible without remapping 'j' to 'jzz'. 'zz' does what you want, but I'd assume you want this automatically, not with a command.
