@Valden Yes, this is a frequent problem on here. There are posts on here every day that make the gender critical feminist movement look bad. Although Spinster was started with good intentions, there is a lot of content on here that is not advancing feminism or women’s rights at all. The response I always get is “just mute or block” content you don’t like but this is very much a liberal response that women would critique in other contexts. And you see the hostile personal attacks you get when you raise these issues.

@Sylvie I understand your concerns about the content on Spinster, but I have to say that I find one of the best features of Spinster to be that so much different kind of content is allowed. I see a lot of comments here that frustrate me for one reason or another, but so many places -especially political ones- online these days curate their content heavily, to the extent that free expression and discussion actually becomes difficult. If the situation was different, I might fall on a different side of the fence, but it very much seems like we’re being forced to choose with giving space to even views we find distasteful, and risking not having any spaces for real discussion at all. It’s possible that I’m catastrophising, of course. Ideally we’d of course be able to have discussions about contentious issues without it devolving into personal attacks and arguments, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anywhere on the Internet… @Valden

It’s supported by many important banks and governments and it’s an attempt to make capitalism to become closer to socialism and avoid the big social upheaval that AI and robotization of everything will inevitably bring. Part of “Great Reset” is to turn all currencies into digital forms.It’s not a conspiracy theory, it’s already happening and gathering momentum actually. The only one meaning of “history repeats itself” I would really support - the human nature still the same, but it’s more about “who we biologically are”. Another point, is that our mentality unconsciously looks for similarities, and even if can’t find it, creates them automatically. That produces a constant risk to follow the way of pseudo-generalizations, which are having nothing to do with truthful analysis.And the last one. People in US constantly talk, and very big amount of speakers (especially in mass-media) have obvious attraction to marijuana. Combining together, we are having a style of pseudo-intellectual conversation, which has nothing to do with expression thoughts - they are self repeat themself non-stop, and “history repeating itself” - just a symbol of the pattern they are following by.

Biologically any woman in the past was able to be an absolutely free, well educated, self-organized and self-sufficient person. Different social systems can act along with common goals (like China - struggles to fight poverty, and it builds 3 hospitals in 3 days to show Chinese people, that government is coherent with China’s common public goals)… Unfortunately in US the term “social system” uses to label nations without being actually in touch with what human’s life is actually about from those countries and regions…
