@REX @Debradelai Are there advantages for the MAGA team to have Durham as a SC rather than just a US Attorney? Seems a SC has far more power and leeway. Anything Biden does (if he makes it to the WH) could be construed as obstruction of justice, as Rosenstein reminded us during the last SC.
