We have created our own health problems by globalizing the world and living in increasingly densely populated areas, it's not natural for us and our immune system and that's why most of the pleagues in history have been in Europe. Masks should be a given in cities, as washing your hands has been for over a century in most of urbanized societies. Obviously, rural chads need not apply
