       @jordan31 cool film but the ending brought it down, why does language in sci-fi boil down to Sapir whorff every time, it was debunked years ago, (leaves with soap box)

       @jordan31 Arrival was really good as a movie. I think the short story is pretty personal and hard to adapt from, and hats of to the people who wrote a screenplay from it. It's especially good if you are interested in linguistics.
