The PA Senate Hearing was the most important event since Nov 3.No doubt about it.Giuliani was superb & all the witnesses were highly credible. The evidence of fraud was not just compelling, but should make every American sick to the stomach.Trump's last minute appearance was also very powerful. MILLIONS will watch this entire hearing.And if you think SCOTUS judges weren't watching, you're crazy.I can't see a way forward for the Democrats in PA after this. Not just that.

The event was the PERFECT primer for what is coming.That Powell lawsuit - no doubt held back because of the PA hearing - is still to come crashing down in GA.And the PA hearing will likely give rise to further Senate hearings in other states. It will certainly embolden GOP legislatures.And of course more and more people will come forward with their evidence.As I've said, the sheer scale of the cheating is impossible to contain. @REX Adverse facts are no impediment to PA Democrats. The only thing they understand is raw power and with a Democrat governor and 5 to 2 control of the State Supreme Court they have a lot of raw power. I would love to get some assistance from the federal courts and U.S. Attorneys in PA. Unless that happens anything good done by the State Legislature will be smacked down by the governor, Tyrant Tom, and the PA Supreme Court.

@REX While this may not be relevant, I think that the attorney/client relationship of Powell/Flynn gives Powell access to a lot of info she may not have normally had. The announcement of Powell ‘not being part of the Trump legal team’ would therefore allow her access to that information.

@REX Another point which should be understood is that most of the PA Republicans who spoke at the hearing today voted to enact the universal mail-in voting which greatly facilitated this fraud. They can talk big now but anything they do to attempt to correct their mistake will be vetoed by the Governor. You can take that to the bank. This is a perfect example of why the Republican Party has been referred to as the Stupid Party.

@REX Actually I think it would have been better if Sullivan got kicked off the bench and Flynn was exonerated of all wrong doing. A pardon doesn't exonerate him. Happy that the ordeal is over, but sad that true justice wasn't served. I doubt that the Gen can come back and work for the WH now.

@REX As an addendum - The order issued by the Commonwealth Court of PA staying certification of the election is based upon a claim that the Republican enacted legislation implementing universal mail-in voting is a violation of the PA Constitution. It surely will not be a positive testimony to the wisdom of PA Republican legislators if not only did their action facilitate these election irregularities but their enactment of the associated legislation was unconstitutional. But then again, there's probably not a snowball's chance of Hell that our partisan PA Supreme Court will hold it to be unconstitutional.

OH yeah...and State legislatures matter...but most Americans have never fully understood why. It's awesome. I worried about the veritable circus of witnesses and the comical nature of some of their grandstanding, but it represented a wide swath of COMMON PEOPLE who were ACTUALLY disinfranchised.

@Clayrjr @REX This is kind of unrelated but SCOTUS in I think 1964 screwed the country when they outlawed State Senates representing regions of a state rather than just population like the State House, never understood how they could claim it was "unconstitutional" when that is exactly how the US Senate is made up. The decision turned numerous states over to the mercy of one or two large urban areas.

Sims, 377 U.S. 533 (1964), a US s Supreme Court case in which the Court ruled that the electoral districts of state legislative chambers must be roughly equal in population. It absolutely destroyed representation of the rural counties (which are the majority) where I live in the People's Republik of Kalifornia. It was the first major step in one party rule here. And it affects many others as well. Straight power grab.
