Ok. For Thanksgiving, I thought I’d share my grandma’s recipe for homemade yeast rolls. Anyone ever had hot rolls thrown to them at a restaurant? These are the same rolls. I’ll post the recipe later if anyone is interested.

@CarolynM In Alabama I did when I was fleeing Hurricane Irma. Near Gulf Shores. The restaurant billed itself as the “home of the throwed rolls.”

@Dsampey222 Yep, I've been to Lambert's in Sikeston. In addition to the "throwed rolls," they have table service of a number of additional side items which are brought around by servers for the customers to share.
