@Mechatroniac As you have been playing with those gay little arduino projects, I have been learning physics https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Acu9DAlbVHc

@lain_os Why are you so scared of a challenge? You can get an arduino for less than $5, and it can open up a world of programming, electronics and mechatronics. You look like a poseur to me, hiding behind his Emacs because it is what he grew up with, and retreating into dead ideologies because it is easier than learning unforgiving electronics. Hard science physics doesn't care about your opinions, if you are wrong you are going to know it. Same with electronics like Arduino. Of course you are young and stupid so you can be forgiven for doing stupid things. Pie-in-the-sky subjective bullshit and Emacs, is that your limit?I have always wanted to build robots and other things, even though the technology was not quite there for most of my life. Yet here you are, able to take advantage of the new tech ubiquity yet lacking the spark or will to do so. You should try working out with weights or do more masculine sports like skateboarding, rather than the long distance running you do, which lowers testosterone. Which may explain why you lack the will to learn interfacing tech with the real world.

@lain_os Reading is hard work. Microelectronics is hard work. Learning is hard work, but for some it is a joy. Not for those lacking will. Better assuage your ego somehow by saying Arduino projects are gay!

@lain_os 80s cyberpunk is the best futurist aesthetic. You must dump the anime to adopt the proper contextual framework! https://www.bitchute.com/video/k5PtJcHRMMyk/

@Mechatroniac I would say Futurism is more youthful and vibrant, because of what a lot of Futurist art is trying to is create feelings of perpetual spring time. However you do have a point.Cyberpunk differ greatly in themes. Like in cyberpunk you get questions about humanity (what makes us human) being destroyed by technology, which isn't really a question in Futurism.
