@RockyRoad Turley is an academic and a good lawyer, but he is one dimensional. Lawyers like him cling to the jnaive idea that judges are noble and independent & that the Courts are unbiased and independent. Andy McCarthy has it as well.They can't understand the idea of evidence deliberately being kept out of a corrupt judicial system, or classified material being kept from Congress.In short, they're elitist snobs.
