       This is important, but sadly, for the violent backup plan.Yes, the lawyers seem very confident, but lawyers make decisions based on evidence, logic, and precedent.   Meaningless concepts in times of war, and for the military.  .Military actors are trained to follow orders, regardless of evidence, logic, or precedent.
