       I’m convinced sleep is a social construct. I have never woken up feeling rested idk what I just did for the past 8 hours but I’m more tired than I was before I went to bed

       @rye yeah caffeine doesn't really help me eitheri've found myself similarly perpetually tired.  i think a part of it is having nothing to look forward to in the day though... but still, sleep is important.  are you getting enough deep sleep?  i seemingly get more when i take CBD before bed but it's kinda pricey :ablobthinking:

       @karo i used to take that but I kind of forgot about it lol! I should try again though, I do wake up easily so maybe that’s my problem
