Right now your probably asking yourself about that last line I marked red at the bottom, about the fine and up to 5 years in prison. The fines are up to $250,000 for **each felony conviction**. FRom what I see online with all the federal election fraud indictments returned in multiple states across the country this year, starting in the Spring and stretching through the Fall that dealt with the 2016 and 2018 elections, it looks like DOJ was clearing the decks getting ready for this one last Tuesay.
