@ondra Yes, to both. I am working on a direct download for admins to have access to their instance data backup without my intervention and there are also instructions with my family about what to do (not only for Masto.host but also for my main business that I also run alone) in case something happens to me.

@mastohost I would change this to “by using the service”. As your customer, I’m not hiring you personally through a separate contract. I’m paying for the service you/WAP provide. IANAL but I know a bit about contract work :)
