Nothing here is fishy, except for the Republican legislatures of MI, WI, and PA.

@mewmew I worked in Identity Management at the University of Cincinnati. I know all about name collisions. This isn't school registration. This is a process that determines our leaders. Mistakes like this aren't trivial .. and in this case, there is a good chance they are intentional.
