Health update🙄Saw The neurologist this Am. For a lower extremity arteries bilateral.Increase the gabapentin 300 morning 300 afternoon 600 at night. Only one blood test came back which showed no muscle deterioration. The rest should be back in a week or so.Some of the pain is coming from the back although my back doesn’t hurt. Call in two weeks if the gabapentin isn’t working. Will try a round of prednisone. If all else fails, possibly try pain management ( injection again) last resort back

@ChaplainEric I just wanted to thank you again I read up about the magnesium I didn’t know it could affect nerves. When I called back the doctors office they had left for the day so I will call tomorrow and have that blood drawn if in fact they didn’t test for it.

@Jaime @ChaplainEric He is absolutely right about magnesium. All the vitamins and electrolytes are critical in a healthy nervous system, some more so than others. Fat is also critical for brain/neuro health. The human body is an incredible construction!

@Davel495 @ChaplainEric Thank you Davel. I’m going for an ultrasound of my legs tomorrow and will be getting blood test for the magnesium not sure if I’ve had one. But the cream sounds interesting. I will check local drugstore to see if they have it.

@Jaime The Bride rubbed some into her neck muscles about 2hrs ago when she awoke with a headache, Pain went quickly from 7/10 to a 1/10. She orders her cream from a Compounding Chemist. A 300gm jar lasts her quite a while, and she does apply it Every night, and if req'd during the day.

@Davel495 We use a spray made by Ancient Minerals it's a magnesium oil. Amazon. Also take a supplement. Most of us are deficient.

My doxi Jassy recently got bit by a spider on her chest.I cleaned the area using black tea,applied Prid and bandaged her up.The next day the bite had opened and the gunk came out.I cleaned it againw/black tea and applied a dab of unfiltered local honey..2 days later it was like nothing ever happened

Early morning Down Under and as is every morning, we celebrate the fact we are upright, with the Lord's blessing for another day.My Bride orders her cream online, because not all pharmacies are Compounding Chemists. The list of natural ingredients for this one is astonishing, to say the least. I've used it myself, and she says that the cream direct to the skin, for her, is better than a supplement. Says the skin absorbs it better.
