       @brad My ES2 is worn. I've done about 600km on it. So it's served at least a decent amount of it's cost. The suspension squeaks and I dunno how to fix it. The front tire is worn. That combined with the fact that my sister might be willing to big the ES2 off me for like $100. Which would at least return like 20% of it's purchase price.The extended battery is also usable on the new one

       @brad Yes, it's just a pain in the ass. And getting a 1st party tire is like $50 in Norway. I can get Aliexpress tires for maybe $15 but not sure how much I trust their quality

       @nilsding My ES2 is worn (600km, front tire pretty much entirely worn, suspension squeaks). And my sister might be willing to buy it off me for $100. (About a fifth of the purchase price)Ontop of that I just dislike the solid tires, since there's some gravel and an industrial area with bumpy asphalt involved in my commute to work.All of that stacked together made for a good excuse to replace it.

       @nilsding I originally hoped it'd make it 1000km because that's when it'd be considerably cheaper than for example the bus. But if it does 600km and I can recoup a chunk of its cost there's not much of a loss compared to my original plan
