       hey any of my followers IT guys?been having a recent issue with my pc, been having random freezes, basically the video,audio and mouse will not respond but i can still hear my pc going, i end up having to restart my pcnot really sure whats been causing this issue, began even before i installed my new power supply and ssds, lol first happened when i isntalled genshin, but now happens randomly when im doing other things

       @Heiyuu not IT, but my first guess is that there's background processes that could be maxing out the CPU and Memory; that causes freezes.

       @512 thing is ive had taskmanager open while a freeze occurs, and theres no spike on there, i also ran a memory diagnostic and no issues were found

       @Heiyuu I used to have an issue with mine where the power settling was switched to "balanced" instead of "high performance" and it would freeze up when playing games.

       @novacantnames already changed that too, tho i dont remember if i did that before any of the recent freezesi'll put attention if it happens again

       @Heiyuu If you're still experiencing freezes then possibly your graphics card or CPU is dying, if you have any spares you could try to troubleshoot by swapping them out

       @Jale well haven't had any freezes since I made the post, and that's taking into account I played 5 hours of genshin at high graphics settings and no freezes and after played some odst and deadspace3I did make one change but I'm not sure if it was that, but I went into bios and changed the power settings to mid tier, but that's it
