       @progo @adam They probably pulled that from one of the first epidosodes of "Podcasting 2.0”.  I think it was the first or second where Dave implied that Apple has ways to tinker now, with the Alex Jones banishment.

       @adam Next step in evolution is that the syndication protocol has to become two-way. Now, with basically RSS/XML feed its one way.But podcast players apps should have a protocol to send back, (pseudo)anonymously, data about listening. What is listened to, what parts, at what point in listening abandoned, rough location.

       @adam Options for users to have standardized feedback beyond the 5 stars rating, like, per cast,  “too complex”, “more like this”, audio was poor et cetera. Adam, keep up the good work!

       @adam I applaud your efforts, but as the blunt fucking Dutch guy that I am: I'm afraid you might end up going down the same rabbit hole as all the others. Open source should be part of the solution, no doubt, all praise given, but more importantly: from my analyses it will never work as long the backend is centralized.
